Rush Sowell is an Associate Attorney at Harrison Litigation Team, PLLC, where he works on litigation and transactional matters for businesses and individuals. His litigation work includes civil, construction, and contract disputes, supported by years of courtroom experience and a background in private practice.

Before joining the firm, Rush spent more than four years as a staff attorney in Tennessee's child support program, appearing in court on a daily basis. That experience strengthened his understanding of courtroom procedure, case preparation, and the practical decisions that arise as disputes move through the legal system.

Rush also maintained a private law practice in Nashville, working on landlord-tenant disputes, discrimination matters, and family law. Across those matters, he gained experience communicating directly with clients and addressing legal issues affecting their property, livelihoods, and families.

At Harrison Litigation Team, Rush focuses on understanding each client's objectives, carefully evaluating the facts, and helping clients navigate both disputes and transactions. His approach emphasizes preparation, clear communication, and practical legal advice. His earlier experience includes work at the South Royalton Legal Clinic in Vermont and an internship with the Tennessee General Assembly.
